PlexusAV’s P-AVN4 is an IPMX transceiver that can be easily configured to operate as an encoder or decoder. Featuring 1 Gigabit connectivity, the P-AVN4 harnesses IPMX to provide open standards-based transport with JPEG XS, JPEG XS FIP, H.264 and HEVC codec options.
Our integration of IPMX specifications and standards addresses the need for a single set of common, ubiquitous standards-based protocols that ensure interoperability for AV-over-IP.
The AVN4 supports both HDMI inputs and outputs with HDCP support, USB-C video inputs and analog audio I/O. A Restful-API, IR and RS232 are included providing easy system connectivity.

The P-AVN-4 can be used for small deployments without the need of using our PlexusAV’s Visual Array as it comes with its own built-in fully functional web interface. For bigger scale deployments it is fully compatible with our Visual Array for easy deployment, management and control.
It support for H.264 and HEVC codecs, allows traversing from the main AV network to a corporate or campus wide network where high bandwidth signals are simply not allowed.
Our P-AVN4 can be used for a wide range of applications, from small deployments in a meeting room using only a few transceivers to large installations in higher educations or conference centers with hundreds of transceivers.
